Description
IMMUNE is by MEDAGLIA D’ORO – Sire of 24 individual Gr.1 winners and a total of 133 individual stakes winners. As a sire MEDAGLIA D’ORO has produced superstar race filies like SONGBIRD and RACHEL ALEXANDRA. In Australia MEDAGLIA D’ORO has produced a Golden Slipper winner in VANCOUVER and a Golden Rose winner in ASTERN. He currently produced stakes winners at a rate of 10% stakes winners to runners.
As a broodmare sire MEDAGLIA D’ORO has been very successful. His daughters have already produced 3 individual Gr.1 winners, 1 Gr.2 winner, 4 Gr.3 winners along with a further 14 listed winners.
IMMUNE is out of the stakes placed mare Safe, who ran 3rd in the SAJC Sires’ Produce Stakes and won as a 2yo at the metro level. As a broodmare Safe has produced multiple city-winners with her best being UNBREAKABLE and all her raced foals have won. UNBREAKABLE won 6 races and over $250,000 in prizemoney. There is still upgrades to come from this family with a 2018 BRAZEN BEAU filly and a 2019 AWESOME ROCK filly to run for the family.
