Dark Acclaim was a very exciting 3YO colt in the making. As a 3yo he had proven to be competitive at stakes level having been twice stakes placed over 1600m as well as running 4th in the Italian Derby - Group 2 contest.
One of those stakes placings shows how strong this horse’s form was when he finished 3rd, beaten just over a length to the impressive GRONKOWSKI. Gronkowski at his very next outing ran second to 2018 TRIPLE CROWN winner JUSTIFY in the Gr.1 Belmont Stakes, USA.
Dark Acclaim hails from an impeccable family and has a potential stallion’s pedigree. He is sired by exciting sire Dark Angel.
Unfortunately Dark Acclaim sustained a significant injury to the right fore SDFT and is now being sold as a Stallion prospect only.
