Battle Angel is a very good looking mare by the very commercial stallion in Brazen Beau. Anyone that sees Battle Angel in the flesh will be impressed.
Battle Angel is a young race placed mare who has just spent her 1st season at stud and is now in foal to young Snitzel stallion in Bondi. Bondi is an exciting 2nd season stallion who was group 1 placed in the Group 1 Champagne stakes at Randwick as a 2yo, he also ran 2nd in the 2 milllion dollar MM 3yo guineas. He was a $400,000 yearling at the GC MM yearling sale, he stands at Lynward Park for $5500.
As can be seen in the pics and videos provided Battle Angel is a beautiful 16hh Brazen Beau mare, who was catalogued at the Inglis Melbourne Premier sale as a yearling. She is a well conformed mare with good bone and size, she has a great temperament and is easy to do anything with ie crush, farrier, float etc.
Brazen Beau the sire of Battle Angel is a gun young stallion who stands at Darley Stud for $49,500 and his progeny are in hot demand.
Battle Angels dam Seattle Lass was a very fast 3 time city winning mare in Adelaide and at Moonee Valley, her dam sire was by Rorys Jester, this is a fast pedigree which are just great to breed with.
Looking ahead here is a great opportunity to purchase a young Brazen Beau mare in foal to a young group 1 placed son of Snitzel in Bondi. There would be the opportunity to retain the foal or sell it at the Perth Magic Millions yearling sale when it becomes a yearling.
