Description
Stunning 5yo mare Baroda is being sold as a breeding prospect to dissolve a racing partnership.
Baroda retires as a lightly raced mare with her welfare and broodmare future in mind.
We have no doubt Baroda will produce quality individuals who, like her, will be yearling sale ‘head turners’.
Baroda was in high demand as a yearling making $150,000 at the Inglis Classic sale back in 2018.
Baroda was a high class race filly who won 5 races from 16 starts and close to $300,000 in prizemoney at a quality Metropolitan level in Queensland over 1200m-1400m.
Her zest for racing was lacking in her most recent preparation in Adelaide with Will Clarken where she was on a black type path. Unfortunately, Baroda demonstrated that her mind was most likely now on other things away from the race track.
This is a very good opportunity for astute breeders to secure a quality mare off the track ahead of the lucrative yearling sales, in preparation for a well planned early cover next Spring.
