Opoho Dreaming is a young, well related dual winner and metropolitan placed race mare ready to commence her breeding career this spring. Selected as a yearling by noted bloodstock buyer Paul Moroney, Opoho Dreaming is a daughter of leading stallion Tavistock who is earning a reputation as a prepotent broodmare sire. She is a half sister to current stakes winning NZ 3yo filly Art de Triomphe and Melbourne G3 placed race mare Arctic Shock plus has a 2yo 3/4 brother Artzino shaping promisingly with Mick Price and Michael Kent. Their dam Art Beat was a G3 and dual listed stakes winner of 9 races while she is one of three stakes performers from 2nd dam Artemesia, herself a half sister to the dam of last year's Goodwood Handicap (G1) winner Savatoxl. This is a high class family recently developed in Europe by Moyglare Stud from G1 USA winner Aptostar (Opoho Dreaming's 4th dam) including Irresistible Jewel, Mad About You, Princess Highway, Profound Beauty and Royal Diamong.
