Description
Vai Ragazza represents a wonderful opportunity to purchase a great looking and well bred maiden mare of excellent confirmation and type.
She is by Free Eagle out of Stratum mare Basale, who is a sister to Group 3 winner Sugar Bella and Listed winner Willy Jimmy.
Vai Ragazza is scopey and elegant yet strong with a powerful shoulder and hind quarter. She is very balanced with excellent hip and shoulder angles as well as great gaskins. She also has plenty of bone and good length of rein. This is topped off by a beautiful head and an exceptional temperament with no known vices.
She has been under lights with an Equilume mask on so should be ready for an early cover this coming season, which will be her first season at stud.
She is in excellent health and up to date with worming and vaccinations including Hendra, 2 in 1 & EHV. She stands at 15.2 hh
Vai Ragazza only raced twice, placing 3rd in her first start in Nov 21. Her racing career was cut short by a kick to her near fore resulting in a fractured splint bone. She has recovered fully with no lameness but is sold as a breeding proposition only.
