Description

Trajection is a two-time metropolitan winning mare that was retired from racing in April 2022 with an impressive race record of 8 wins and 4 placing from 29 starts.

She is by SMART MISSILE and out of the Encosta de Lago mare, Pauline de Lago, from champion Group 1 winner, BURST.

Trajection was a tough racehorse with a strong turn-of-foot that performed well over 1200-1600m, winning $236,000 in prizemoney for connections.

She is a lovely scopey type with an excellent temperament, making her a desirable asset to have in the breeding barn. She stands at approximately 16hh.

She is easy to handle, float or truck and has no known vices.

She was purchased as a yearling from the Arrowfield Stud draft of the 2018 GC Yearling Sale for $45,000.

Buyers note: Trajection was officially retired from racing on veterinary advice after a trackwork incident (medial sesamoid fracture) in April 2022. She has completed her restricted recovery as per veterinary recommendations and is currently paddock spelling, ready for the upcoming breeding season.
