CURRENT Leading Sire in New Zealand ahead of the likes of Savabeel, Tavistock & Per Incanto.

LEGARTO- Group 1 NZ Thousand Guineas winner over 1600m, extremely promising filly, runs in the Group 1 Australian Guineas Saturday.
DARK DESTROYER- Group 1 Hawkes Bay Tarzino Trophy winner over 1400m, was only beaten a length in the Group 1 QLD Derby.

From his four crops he has produced 11 stakes winners who have combined to win 27 stakes races. He has produced 23 stakes horses so far from only 219 runners. He is an exciting young sire who will continue to get better and has already proven to be a quality Group 1 producer with 4 Group 1 winners and 6 Group 1 placed individuals.
Proisir has quickly established himself as a major sire force by in New Zealand.
Ranked as New Zealand’s Leading Sire of 2022/23, he has successfully upgraded many families along the way. His 2023 service fee is reportedly set for a significant increase from last years (of $17,500+GST).
Proisir has taken another big step upwards this season in terms of the overall ‘mare quality’ he has bred. In 2022/23 Proisir bred 170 mares which included 41 stakes performed racemares, in addition 39 mares bred were the dams of stakes performers.
On the track he was a top-class racehorse, placing twice at Group 1 level behind Champion Dundeel. He also has the pedigree behind him, out a winning Encosta De Lago mare and by Champion Choisir. He is a full brother to Group 1 Caulfield Guineas winner DIVINE PROPHET.
