Description

Fantastic 3-in-1 package!

A lightly raced 3yo winner in foal to hot young sire Doubtland and with a cracking Doubtland colt at foot.

Brevity is by leading broodmare sire Bernardini, damsire of 76 stakes winners, including 15 at Group 1 level.

She is out of the winning, Group 3 Blue Diamond Prelude placegetter Rose Darmore (by More Than Ready) and is a half-sister 3 multiple winners from as many to race. Her siblings have sold for $250,000, $210,000, $150,000 etc.

Her pedigree page is littered with blacktype and features stakes winners Agister, Readyor, Triscay, La Baraka, Defier, Majestically, Dermerger etc

Brevity is an exceptional type and was a $210,000 Inglis Easter Yearling graduate herself (bettering the sale median of $200,000).

She is the dam of dual winner Brief Statement (9-2:5:1 & $68,410) and has an unraced 2YO filly Forafewdollarsmore to run for her.

Brevity is being sold with a Doubtland colt (DOB 27/9/22) at foot. He is a strong colt with plenty of bone and good scope. She is also carrying a Doubtland pregnancy with a late September projected foaling date.

A $1.1m yearling by Not A Single Doubt, Doubtland was an unbeaten Group 3 winning 2YO, winning the Kindergarten Stakes by 4L. He trained on to win the Group 2 Danehill Stakes at three and is the only horse to complete the Kindergarten/Danehill double. He has a fast and precocious colonial pedigree and his stock will be highly sought after at auction.

Doubtland ($16,500 service fee) covered 142 mares in his first season at stud and will be represented by his first crop yearlings at the 2024 sales.

Purchasing Brevity is an excellent opportunity to acquire the first crop progeny of a popular young sire, as well as having another full sibling to foal down this season.
