Description
Strong, correct filly with a great attitude by Territories (IRE) from an outstanding Darley family. She is easy to handle in every way with no vices. Up to date with farrier, worming and has started the breaking in process with no issues.
First foal from quality winning mare History, who was sold for $150,000 at Magic Millions National Broodmare sale 2021. She has just had a 2022 colt by promising stallion Ole Kirk. She is now in foal to Extreme Choice, who is currently 5th on the third season sire table with 23 winners including 3 stakes winners. Giving this filly the potential for a lot of upside and pedigree updates in the future.
This filly also has great depth to her pedigree, being the granddaughter of Champion 2yo mare HOSANNAH (by Octagonal). Hosannah has left multiple quality broodmare daughters, including Vellor (by Sepoy) who sold at the Magic Millions 2019 National Broodmare sale for $375,000. Vellor’s 2022 yearling colt by Exceed And Excel sold for $420,000 at the Inglis Premier sale.
History is one of 8 winners from Hosannah and is a half-sister to Group 2 winner ALTAR and Stakes producing mare Heaven, the dam of 2021-22 Stakes placed Destination.
Territories (IRE), by Invincible Spirit, currently has a 37% winners to runners strike rate. His yearlings have sold at this year’s major sales with his top price being $275,000 at the 2023 Magic Millions. This season he has sired G2 winner Berkeley Square and G3 winner Live to Tell as well as 17 winners from only 46 runners.
