Description
Morningside are thrilled to present Dismissal, the young mare by one of Australia’s former leading stallions Not A Single Doubt.
She is in foal to recently crowned Champion Victorian sire for the eighth time in 2023, Written Tycoon. NASD mares have proven to nick very well with Written Tycoon’s progeny with nine of twelve runners to winners including two stakes winners also. With Written Tycoon’s fee now set to private as he heads into the twilight of his career, Dismissal gives buyers an opportunity to get their hands on a highly sought after foal by the Champion sire.
Dismissal was a talented race filly running a place in the G2 Sweet Embrace Stakes at two as well as winning over 1400m. Her dam Lot Three Four One was also speedy, wining five times and earning over $125,000 throughout her racing career. Dismissal has a great page littered with black type and she is closely related to G1 winning mare Volpe Veloce.
Dismissals first foal by Written Tycoon was a filly and she is likely to head to one of the leading yearling sales in 2024. Dismissal is expected to foal mid October giving potential buyers an opportunity to get a Written Tycoon foal on the ground and send her to a stallion of their choosing in the upcoming breeding season.
The mare is sound and is easy to deal with on the ground, she is being sold due to a reduction in broodmare numbers heading into the season.
