Description
This well-related, young daughter of CARAVAGGIO is being offered with her lovely SAXON WARRIOR filly at foot. Foaled on October 15th, she is a good first foal from the mare and looks like she will develop into a very nice style of filly in the coming weeks.
MOYALIFFE went in-foal on her first cover last spring and she should be ready to visit a stallion of your choice within a few days of this sale finishing.
MOYALIFFE is out of the REDOUTE’S CHOICE mare Orontes, who is a three-quarter sister to the Group One-winning sprinter and $1.5m earner TAKEDOWN.
This is an extremely commercial pedigree with plenty of upside as MOYALIFFE has an unraced two-year-old half-brother by JUSTIFY in the stable of Ciaron Maher and Davis Eustace, and she also has a yearling half-sister by PIERRO coming through.
SAXON WARRIOR has already sired nine individual first crop three-year-old winners in Australia this season to-date, including Group One Victoria Derby entry WARIALDA WARRIOR and Group Two Wakeful Stakes entry AETHELFLAED. Meanwhile his Irish-bred Cox Plate runner VICTORIA ROAD will be targeting Group One races here this Autumn.
