Description
Unsettling is an extremely well-bred, young, commercial mare. A half sister to a horse of a lifetime in SHOCKING, a winner of the Melbourne Cup, he also tasted success in the Group 1 Australian Cup. This champion of his generation won close to $5million in career earnings. She is by champion sire, Zoustar, who needs no introduction, an incredible sire, but already showing signs of being a well above average broodmare sire. From just a handful of runners he is the dam sire of the Group 3 Black Opal winner HOLMES A COURT and the stakes placed Discretion Rules.
She is an unexposed mare from a successful family. She is the dam of just two foals. The first of which is a filly by champion European stayer, GHAIYYATH and her second foal is a strong, forward type of filly by the dual Group 1 winner sprinter HARRY ANGEL, who has already tasted a good deal of success in Australia through the exploits of Group 1 winner Tom Kitten, Group 2 winner Stretan Angel, Group 1 placed Arkansaw Kid and the very promising War Machine.
She is being sold with a breeding soundness certificate and has no vices. She will be ready for cover by a stallion of your choice at the commencement of the 2024 breeding season.
