Description
A two-time winner at 1600m, Brazen Beau mare Beau Belle is a daughter of the Encosta de Lago half-sister to the Group 3-winning, dual Group 1 fourth placed Galileo mare Pretty Perfect, herself a daughter of the Group 3-winning, Group 1 placed Danehill mare Milanova, who sold for a then record of $5m as a broodmare prospect.
From the extended family of the Group 1-winning and Group 1 producing sires Holy Roman Emperor, Flying Spur and Encosta de Lago, Beau Belle produced a colt by D’Argento last season and is ready to be covered early in the upcoming breeding season.
Although Brazen Beau as a broodmare sire has only been represented by a handful of runners, his multiple Champion Sire I Am Invincible has started off his broodmare career in fine form with his daughters producing Royal Ascot’s recent Group 1 King Charles III Stakes winner Asfoora, as well as the Group 2-winning, multiple Group 1 placed Kimochi, who sold at the Inglis Chairman’s Sale for $2.2m.
