Redoute’s Choice mare Deed of Gift is being offered in foal to the Group 1 winning son of O’Reilly in Grunt. Already the sire of the George Ryder Group 1 winner and multiple Group 2 winner in Veight, Grunt has started off his stud career in a highly successful fashion. With four winners from five runners bred on the cross, the resulting foal will have every chance.
The package includes a well grown Wooded filly born who is both well-muscled and correct in front. Wooded’s first crop have hit the yearling sales in recent weeks to much admiration; this included a colt selling at Karaka last week for $200k.
Deed of Gift herself is a direct descendant of four time Group 1 winner and Champion 3YO Alinghi.
