Lightly-raced and consistent Sunshineinmypocket has had 8 starts for 5 wins (three in a row) and a second with earnings over $250,000.
His last victory came In May in a BM84 at Caulfield. He was then scheduled to have a start on May 24 howevver Sunshineinmypocket hit his head and grazed near his eye in the tie ups at the races and was scratched by vets on the grounds of caution that day, fortunately no major injuries were found in the following days. It was then decided to give him a spell to reset for the Spring. He is currently on week 2 of his spell and will look to have another week or two.
Sunshineinmypocket has nice rating of 84 and will work through the handicaps system throughout the Spring with some benchmark races early and then possibly a look at a race like the G1 Rupert Clarke and deeper into the Spring a race like The Hunter could also be an option.
