THE BEAST is a lightly raced three-year-old gelding by Champion sire SNITZEL, out of BRING ME THE MAID - a multiple Group-winning mare who was placed in the Golden Slipper. He was purchased for $200,000 at the 2023 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale.
A developing staying type, THE BEAST has placed in six of his eight starts, including a third at metropolitan level over 1900m at Canterbury on January 1, 2025 behind the very talented staying prospect Sounds Unusual. Despite limited racing, he has already earned over $45,000 in prizemoney.
THE BEAST has had two runs back on VERY HEAVY tracks, that he hasn’t enjoyed – but testament to his toughness, he’s tried hard and run third on each occasion. As you can see from his Starting Prices, he’s a horse with talent that looks to have his hoof right on the till.
This a reluctant sale of his current owner, who is forced to sell his shares in The Beast after being devastated by the recent floods on the Mid North Coast of NSW, where he has suffered significant loss of livestock and property.

THE BEAST is trained by Ciaron Maher Racing and professionally managed by Dynamic Syndications. The successful bidder will enter into the gelding under Dynamic Syndications’ management agreement and be bound by the terms and conditions of the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Syndicate Deed (as attached).
In order to complete any sale, the sale will be conditional upon the buyer immediately signing the Dynamic Syndications ownership documentation (attached), inclusive of a Secondary Sale PDS and an Owners Deed of Agreement effective at point of sale, plus any required Racing Australia transfer of ownership documents and associated fees.
Ongoing costs and obligations apply, including a monthly management fee payable to Dynamic Syndications. Please refer to the attached PDS and Owners Deed for further information.
