Description
By Zousain, from Miss Amber, Azucar is a very lightly raced three-year-old gelding having only had three career starts.
At his most recent run, third up at Rosehill, he was disappointing and therefore the stable elected to find a slightly easier race for him at Kembla Grange and ride him more conservatively. The day before his run, he was found to have damage to his left front suspensory, requiring a three-month spell. (Vet report attached). He has now had ten weeks off and the owner is moving him on, with other horses, to concentrate on younger horses coming through the stable, who have more ability and will reach city class level.
He is an uncomplicated, straight forward horse to train and would benefit from being trained in a country environment with an easier racing jurisdiction.
