A high-quality young broodmare prospect with pedigree, type, and commercial upside, ZOUARD is a five-year-old daughter of Champion sire ZOUSTAR, and is offered in great condition heading into the 2025 breeding season.
ZOUARD is out of HARD AS, a 2YO winner and half-sister to multiple Group 2-winning mare THUMP, winner of the G2 Surround Stakes, Silver Shadow Stakes, and Triscay Stakes. It’s a fast and active black-type family that continues to deliver on the track and in the sales ring.
Although ZOUARD sadly lost her maiden foal—a colt by EXCEEDANCE—post birth, her current status presents an excellent opportunity for breeders. Now empty, she is perfectly positioned for an early cover date to the stallion of your choice this upcoming season.
